Upon arrival, the technician thoroughly assessed the issue—a persistent water leak—and promptly identified the source. His expertise and attention to detail ensured the repair was completed efficiently and to a high standard. What stood out most was his clear communication and commitment to customer satisfaction; he not only explained the repair process but also offered a follow-up to address any future questions or concerns. This level of service provided great peace of mind. I highly recommend Direct Plumbing for any home repair needs and appreciate the reliable, courteous, and skilled work the company delivered.

I had a plumbing job that involved an extremely tight space and required very tedious, detailed work. I reached out to Direct Plumbing and Drains. Gio handled the project like a true professional from start to finish. Not only did he successfully complete the job, but his pricing was also very reasonable compared to other plumbers I received quotes from. I’m completely satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing and Gio to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

Giovanni was excellent,
He was missing a part from the toilet I purchased & was able to go & get the parts from Lowe's at no cost except his time. We'll definitely use again.

Toby from Direct Plumbing is nothing short of phenomenal! Our shower had a hidden leak inside the wall—a tough, tricky problem that could have been a nightmare. Toby handled it with absolute mastery, turning what could have been a stressful repair into a seamless, worry-free experience.

From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, respect, and deep knowledge were evident. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained the process clearly, and tackled a challenging repair that required cutting off the handle and installing a new cartridge—despite the Moen tools not working, he adapted flawlessly.

He didn’t just fix the leak; he ensured everything was perfect. He tested for leaks in every possible position, installed our supplied trim and showerhead with precision, and left the work area spotless. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his dedication to quality is clear in every step.

Plus, he backs his work with a 1-year warranty on both the cartridge and labor—a rare combination of skill, integrity, and reliability. If you want a plumber who truly knows his craft, treats your home with care, and delivers results that inspire confidence, Toby is the one you call. Hands down, the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had.
